Lifted lemon and citrus with some tropical fruit aromas. There is a grassy herbaceousness adding further complexity, with a slight lanoline nuance.

FLAVOUR

The palate is rich and flavoursome with varietal Semillon flavours and a puckering acid backbone which will hold it together for a number of years in the cellar.

FOOD

Sensational with seafood.
