We don’t normally make a straight Merlot but this was an exceptional growing season and an old ‘roofer’ we know loves rich and silky Merlot’s like this one above all reds. All profits from this release will go to the Prince of Wales Hospital Cancer Unit.

Attractive savoury berry aromas so typical of this variety.

FLAVOUR

Lovely soft red berry fruit flavours on the palate, supported by well integrated oak and fine tannins giving great length and structure.

Cellaring

Cellar for the short term.

FOOD

Osso Bucco with all the condiments.
