WINEMAKING COMMENTSThe rocky soil structure of the Optimiste vineyards reduces yields and produces fantastically ripe, intense Cabernet grapes.

AROMALifted aromas of blackberry and cassis combine with complex spice and cigar box notes.
FLAVOURThe pallet is rich and intense with berry fruit flavours supported by wonderfully ripe fine grained tannins and a slight minerally finish.
